Paul, while I have reason to believe the seasoned scramble eggs did fly in space, I don't believe they could have been aboard STS-61B in 1985.

According to NASA, the packaging used for the eggs was first put into use in 1991 beginning with STS-44. Prior to that, the packaging used hard plastic containers.

Robert, thank you for the information. I apologize for the mistake. I will make the correction on eBay as well. I thought something was off. I also still think it was flown but do not have the COA for this package.
