Just a note to let you know I've listed a new 12x18 large format Gene Cernan panorama on eBay. The image is a composite of four separate NASA frames, and shows Cernan after EVA-3, still in his suit but covered in grime, next to Schmitt's spacesuit and their helmets.This is a much-improved (and higher-resolution) version of a similar panorama that's been circulating for years. The image is professionally finished on Fuji Crystal Archive Lustre, with an archival permanency guarantee of 100 years. The image will be finished at a custom lab, and flat mailed directly to you. Send it to Novaspace with instructions, and you've got an amazing item... I usually add digital autographs to these images, but this one just has the Apollo 17 mission emblem. Well those went fast! The old eBay link mentioned in the previous post is now dead — all the items sold, and the auction closed. But I've started a new auction with a greater number of "Buy It Now" panos available. This image was designed specifically for the June Cernan signing at Novaspace. Plenty of white space for a cool inscription on one side the Apollo 17 emblem, and a signature on the other... Here's the new link to the auction. |
