As Farthest Reaches new site design for continues to become cleaner and more polished, many awesome items are being added. Items shown as "Highlights" or under "Breaking News" on our home page are hyperlinked to more detailed descriptions and photos, so please stop by and take a look.Just to highlight a very few: - Nick Proach 1/144 Saturn V model hand signed by the Apollo 10 Flight Crew
- STS-107 Crew Signed NASA Glossy (price reduced)
- Ron Woods Apollo 17 Original Watercolor (price reduced)
- ASTP flown Beta emblem hand signed by the American and Russian crews with flown Beta bag - BOTH flight certified. Amazing framing on this piece.
- Ed Mitchell flown Apollo 14 patch from his personal collection with hand signed letter of provenance.
- Ed Gibson flown Snoopy metallic identifier with hand signed letter of provenance. This is quite possibly the most unusual flown, reasonably priced, fully intact, functional item (not just a "fragment or bit") I've ever offered. This one should be strongly considered.
The list goes on and on but several new and rare items are coming soon from the personal collections of Scott Carpenter, Gordon Cooper, Wally Schirra, Gene Kranz and others.Last but certainly not least, I am preparing to post some amazing vintage NASA Access badges issued to and used by Aerospace Nurse Dee O'Hara. These badges have NEVER before been offered for sale. Please keep checking back. The above are only a fraction of the inventory I have on hand and promise some wonderful surprises in the days ahead. As always, I can't thank you ALL enough for your support throughout the years and hope you'll continue to visit to browse or purchase. More to follow soon. — Steve Hankow |

Could you supply links to these items, or perhaps add a "newly listed" page or a search function? I can't for the life of me find several of these items on the website — they could be buried in any number of pages (von Braun pic, for instance?). Thanks. |

In fact there are links for all but the Jarvis signature. If you go to the home page and scroll down, they are each pictured under "Highlights." Click on the text for each and you'll be taken to that item. Jarvis is under Space Programs: Shuttle Multi Signed. Other newly listed items will be shown under "Breaking News" also on the home page. Keep in mind that these are only a representative sample of what gets added as new items are regularly sprinkled in throughout. Hope that helps but if not give me a shout, okay? |

Francis French and I have always enjoyed a long-lasting friendship and working relationship with Steve Hankow from Farthest Reaches. For my part, any time I'm in the Los Angeles/San Diego area on visits to the United States, I will always freely sign a whole bunch of books for Steve to sell through his website. Francis I are therefore delighted to note that Steve has now promoted our signed books to the top of his Signed Books category. We get nothing from this except the knowledge that Steve is a great supporter of our books (written together or separately) and we will always likewise support his efforts to offer great spaceflight artefacts, books and other amazing items to everyone. This may sound a little like a promotion of Farthest Reaches and in a way it is, simply because I believe Steve does a terrific job and we should all try to support his efforts. |

Just got my copy of the Freedom 7 book today signed by Colin. Very happy (and not for obvious reasons ). Wrapped twice before being placed in a bubble mailer. Nicely done! Now to somehow get my copy of NASA's Scientist-Astronauts signed by both (it's already been signed by Musgrave on the photo I took of him....) |

Hart, if you get your book to me just before Colin's next visit, I'm sure he'd be happy to sign it for you. No charge. Just return shipping. |

I'd be delighted, but it may be a few months yet before I fly over to California again. In fact I may try to set something up with Steve where others can send their books to him for signing while I'm there. |

Some amazing new items have just been added, most with historical significance... - Letter inviting Scott Carpenter to advance to the last round of the Project Mercury screening at the infamous Lovelace Clinic. Awesome content.
- Letter from George Low congratulating Wally Schirra on his successful Sigma 7 flight.
- Letter from NASA Administrator Keith Glennan welcoming Scott Carpenter to the Project Mercury Team.
The above are original, vintage letters, on official stationary taken directly from the astronauts personal files. Great content and historical significance. - Apollo 10 Beta Cloth Mission Emblem taken from an actual Apollo 10 training space suit with outstanding provenance.
- Ron Woods original water color, "Von Braun Rocks 1" showing launch of Apollo 11
- Scott Carpenter NASA photo ID
The above is only a taste of some of the many items added and others yet to come. Please stop by to browse and/or order. No slugging it out at auction for the item you're interested in. You see it, you like it, you buy it. No buyers premiums. It's just that easy. Thanks to all for your continued support. |

Plenty has been happening at Farthest Reaches these days. - We are happy to be working with "Last Man on the Moon," Gene Cernan and now have a large variety of autographed pics to offer. Between Gene's three missions, we currently have 32 signed images posted. Some are "one of" vintage photos. Over the next few weeks that number will continue to grow. I suggest you take a look periodically if you're on the hunt for an authentically signed Gene Cernan image.
- A number of Ron Woods watercolor and oil paintings are available at very reasonable pricing!
- Ken Mattingly hand signed EVA glossy
- Bill Anders hand signed NASA litho
- Vintage NASA Newsletter hand signed by ALL seven from the Schirra Family Collection
- Plenty of new items from the Schirra, Cooper, Carpenter, Gibson and Kranz Collections in the process of being added.
- Oh, for those of you who may be interested in owning one of Wally Schirra's iconic Hawaiian shirts... stay tuned.
- Many other items being added throughout.
Thanks to all for your ongoing support. |

The unidentified signature on the Schirra estate dollar is that of Bill Lyon, a press corps associate. A similar dollar can be found here for reference. What do I win? |
