Your site states, "Send your things to space!" but your capsules — nor any of the high-altitude balloon-launched payloads — come anywhere close to space. At the cited 156,000 feet, the capsules are less than half-way to the start of space at 62 miles (100 kilometers) altitude.

So some can advertise "Send your items to space!" and do so without ambiguity.
