This design celebrates the upcoming 40th anniversary of Apollo 13. The design showcases the successful return of the crew after the explosion that crippled their spacecraft and canceled their chance to land on the Moon.

The stars along the bottom mark every Apollo mission from Apollo 1 through Apollo 17. The now famous quote "Failure is Not an Option" is featured in tribute to all of those who worked to bring Lovell, Haise and Swigert home safely.
