Jerry Czubinski, Andrew Li and graphic artist Eric Pickett have teamed together to created this commemorative design to honor the men and women who together put America onto the Moon. This will be a 4" x 6" fully embroidered Limited Edition run of 150 patches. Eric will be willing to sign the patch for anyone who requests it. We asked Tim Gagnon to supervise the production of the patch embroidery because of the quality of his commemorative series. We believe that this is a beautiful design representing the many elements of the manned lunar space program, both past and future. As you can see on the right, the 3 white stars represent astronauts and workers involved with the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions. The yellow/gold star represents the astronauts who lost their lives. On the left side is a star at the lunar horizon that represents the future astronauts who will return to the moon and go beyond to Mars, the red circle. Finally the eagle is landing on the "40th" carrying an olive branch in its beak representing the entire people on Earth, "We Come in Peace for All Mankind." Please make sure you send your order to Jerry. Thanks for looking. |

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know the patches arrived from Tim and look even better than I anticipated. Tim's the best, what can I say... great quality. I will have the patches out this week for the folks that pre-ordered them and the ones that wanted them signed by Eric will follow shortly.I also took a piece of Tim's cafepress swag idea and loaded a few items that I hope you like. Thank again to everyone, Jerry | |
