I have a couple, but what do you want from it?The Realspace Models CSM is Block II (as opposed to the Revell, which is a sad Block I) and the Monogram LM is superior to the Revell. Are you just after the LES or the SLA? Mark |

The Revell kit certainly leaves something to be desired but it can be built as a suitable block 1 version. The inaccuracies that must be corrected include the radiator panels for sector 1 of the SM, the cork patterns around the thruster quads, and the access panels at sector 4 of the SM below the radiator panel. There are other alterations which should be done for the greatest accuracy. Space In Minature #6 on the Apollo CSM is an excellent reference for such a project. Here are my Revell Apollo models. One set shows an old original built Revell kit which was bought on ebay. It was incomplete, but a little imagination found a way to salvage it as CM-009 in postflight condition. The other shows a model of Apollo 2 (CSM 014), the second block 1 flight which NASA cancelled in late 1966. I scratch-built a BPC for it and had to make some guesses as to its appearance in the hatch area. The mission would have included an air lock in place of the hatch window.
