For Sale... Authentic NASA space center Bell System telephone. This telephone is the old style rotary desktop phone, beige in color, and is in good working order. It has a volume dial on the bottom to increase loudness. In the cradle of the phone it has a red and white tag. The top of the tag in white reads "NASA Building Number 1148", NASA is in the worm style print in red. Below that in red is a 2222 Fire/Ambulance emergency number. In the center of the rotary dial is the standard phone number white tag that reads "M" area code 804 and the telephone number 865-4585 STA. "E". On the bottom of the phone is a silver tag that reads "U.S. Government Property AT&T Warranty Expires 12-31-84." The only defect on the phone is that it could use a new receptacle jack at the base of the phone where the receiver cord plugs in. This would be for appearance sake, as the phone works well as is.
