Does anyone know where one could buy prints of Leonov's artwork, I do not need it signed just looking for the one that depecits him walking with the air lock

I have a nice book called "The Sun's Wind" by Lenov-his story of the Apollo-Soyuz flight
Its also full of his own illustrations of that flight and his EVA incl the scene your seeking,its a hardback,54 pages and was published in Moscow by Progress Books in 1977Although not as prints the drawings are all in colour and are really beautiful,i have treasured this book for many years but would let it go to somebody who really wanted it

I've got Seagull up at auction at astro-auction.com if that's of interest.Also, I have a couple of Russian language glossy books that depict soem of his work along with other Russian and Soviet space artists. Email me if interested

There are two versions of Leonov's First Walk out there. One print has First Walk in red. The other has First Walk in black letters. Tonight I will get how many are in each edition. A/P's (artist proofs) are ? number-wise. Does anyone know the history on the two releases of the same print? |
