Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum release
Project Mercury Reunion

Oct. 26, 2023; 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Sands Space History Center, Cape Canaveral, Florida

Project Mercury launched America's first astronauts into space from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station between 1961 and 1963. Each launch included thousands of personnel to ensure success.

This special reunion includes the original astronaut trainer, Dr. Robert B. Voas, and several other key individuals. They will discuss their first-hand experiences in America's first human spaceflight program!
