Celebrating Shuttle: An American Icon
August 23 - September 28, 2011
UHCL, Bayou Building, Atrium II
Join us for a NASA photo exhibit celebrating the 30-year legacy of the space shuttle program with images from all 135 shuttle missions.
Opening Reception
Tuesday, August 23, 5-7 p.m.
Join us for the opening reception of "Celebrating Shuttle: An American Icon." Enjoy live music and insights from NASA docents as you tour the exhibit. Hear varied perspectives from guest speakers and view shuttle artifacts including an astronaut training helmet, an EVA glove and a shuttle tire.
