Has anyone had any luck viewing the Swann Gallery Space Auction that suppose to take place on April 12th? I went to their website and the catalog is not online.

Swann Galleries has just placed the cataloge online at www.swanngalleries.com. The cataloge looks good. There are a lot of nice flown pieces on the site including lunar rover and orbital monitor maps. Larry McGlynn www.mcinsure.com/apollo |

Received the Swann Auction catalog today and I was very impressed by the quality of the items being offered and by the very professional catalog. Too bad so many of the items are out of my price range. |

I haven't received the hardcopy catalogue yet but did try and put a bid in on an item through their website and it seems to have worked.
Received an email confirmation of my bid from Swann.So, hopefully, that aspect of absentee bidding seems to be viable to use. |

According to their website, live online bidding will not be available:"If you cannot attend the sale, you may place bids in advance via telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail, and our staff will bid on your behalf. You can also make advance arrangements to bid by telephone during the auction." |
