JBoe Member Posts: 959 From: Churchton, MD Registered: Oct 2012	posted 09-13-2019 03:07 PM About a month ago I submitted three covers for the commemorative cancellations from KSC, JSC, and USS Hornet. The USS Hornet cancellation came back within about 2-3 weeks, followed by the KSC one that was not cancelled. I'm still waiting for the Houston one and Ken thanks for the update. Regarding the KSC one for 16 July, I thought I was well within the deadline of sending on 13 August, but received a note from the Postmaster stating that they no longer had that style and couldn't fulfill my request.

The other KSC cancels or the CC postmarks for which I needed the new stamps were sent much later, and still haven't returned.
Apollo-Soyuz Member Posts: 1205 From: Shady Side, Md Registered: Sep 2004	posted 09-19-2019 06:39 PM In an email from ken Havekotte, he told me to be patient when it comes to the CC cancel used for Apollo 11 anniversary. The office was inundated with many requests. They have many to fulfill.
