Back in 1974, WESTAR-1 was launched on April 13, 1974. The United States Postal service issued a Mailgram space package which included the cover shown below.

Included with the cover was a mailgram which was transmitted electronically from New York to Los Angeles. Does anybody know how many of the launch covers were serviced?
