For me it looks like a weird DOC's local post cover mixing several events together and postmarked by two types of APO 09111 devices that can be attributed to 8th Infantry located at Bad Kreuznach, Germany (that is supported by a German postmark in the left upper corner). Possibly I am mistaken but I doubt the Bad Kreuznach can be connected with any of these events.

This mixture of the events on DOC's cover is not unique, you can take a look at some of its other "creations" related to ASTP on my website, fortunately the postmarks have more of a relevance.
