I've now obtained a 13th mission (STS-41G) retrieval cover for the Liberty Star and so I assume a companion Freedom Star cover exists. I'll soon have a scan on my site.

Probably none were actually on board. Fortunately, there are covers issued for SRB trainings that maybe were on board. An example is shown below:
