Two new space stamps in Belgium as part of a five-stamp series commemorating highlights in aviation and spaceflight. One stamp commemorates the 40th Anniversary of the 1st Moon Landing, the other Belgium's cosmonaut Frank De Winne's spaceflight to the International Space Station. The stamps are issued in the form of a sheetlet with two rows of five stamps each. They are not available individually. Two pictorial postmarkers are used in this context: - at Transinne on 6 June on the occasion of the pre-sale event, showing a logo; and,
- at Brussels on 8 June on the occasion of the First Day of Issue (two versions exist: one giving priority to the French language, the other favorizing the Dutch language). The image is identical in both varieties - the Skylab space station.
