Here is a patch for the Soyuz MS-20 crew of Alexander Misurkin, Yusaku Maezawa and Yozo Hirano as designed by ТЧК, the graphic artist who created the Soyuz MS-06 crew patch. The flight is scheduled to launch in December 2021.
Together with Japanese designers, and based on the emblem of the Altair crew of the MS-06 spacecraft, we have designed the mission patch for MS-20.

From Yusaku Maezawa (via Instagram):
Our mission is finally here! The Earth and the Soyuz rocket, the eagle symbolizing Commander Mr. Misurkin, a red circle from Japanese flag and my MZ logo. And our crew members' names.

A-B Emblem recently posted a video to its Facebook page showing a selection of patches it has recently produced. Among them was the Soyuz MS-20 patch.

It is not clear if these patches were made for the crew, for sale, or for another party.

I know that Zvezda and Kentavr got non plastified MS-20 patches from Glavkosmos (produced by Flying Dutchmen) some weeks ago.

So the crew will have Glavkosmos ordered patches on Sokols and onboard suits.

Yusaku Maezawa has been seen in training wearing a full chest of company and organization logo patches, among them:
  • World Peace
  • dearMoon (Maezawa's next mission, a flight around the moon)
  • kifutown (Maezawa's money giving app)
  • Space Adventures
  • ZOZO (Maezawa's custom-fit apparel brand)
  • Devilock
  • United Arrows
I put on our mission patch and sponsor patches on my flight suit. Couldn't forget ZOZO's patch, but I also have patches for DEVILOCK and UNITED ARROWS. Bringing my gratitude for them to space.
Most of the patches are left off his pressure suit, with only World Peace and Space Adventures present on his Sokol.

Looks like a race car driver’s suit. I guess that will be the future?

Ultimately, I'm only interested in one patch — crew launch.

The original Soyuz MS-20 patches are now available at Glavkosmos store!
The graphic symbol of the crew was developed by Alexey Tarapata from St. Petersburg and Maezawa's team. The final adjustment of the design was made by an artist from the Netherlands, Luc van den Abeelen.

The composition of the Soyuz MS-20 emblem is built around a stylized image of an eagle spreading its wings and is associated with the crew's call sign - Altair. The star Altair (Alpha of the Eagle constellation) is the brightest in this constellation. The powerful bird in the drawing also reminds about the city of Orel, where the crew commander Alexander Misurkin grew up.

The combination of red and white colors symbolizes the flag of Japan. The graphic symbol at the bottom of the emblem consists from the letters "M" and "Z", and is the personal logo of Yusaku Maezawa. In the upper part of the emblem, a flying Soyuz spacecraft is visible.

At the top of the emblem border are the Soyuz MS-20 spacecraft name and Roscosmos logo showed, and at the bottom the crew names are presented.

Maybe somebody saw a photo of Maezawa wearing the patch with black border and velcro? It's a patch my friend got in Baikonur from Japanese delegation.

Smaller size patch came from Space Adventures.
