There is at this photo of astronaut Victor Glover at Cupola the patch at the left with the red border?

What is this patch? Thanks.

Another view of the patch sticker. The central logo script might be "VR."

Near the bottom of this article on ISS training with VR, a photo contains a different patch with three of the same names: Brad, Dave, and Jeff. Maybe this will help narrow it down.

Also interesting in this photo (bottom right) is the name tag of the late astronaut Lacy Veach. He flew on STS-39 (1991) and STS-52 (1992). He died of cancer on October 3, 1995.
