First announced in July 2014, the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) "Hope" spacecraft has had several insignia designs as the Emirates Mars Mission has advanced towards its July 2020 launch.

Early insignia depicted the spacecraft as having three solar array wings. The final flight article has two.

The second design above was updated to reflect the two-array configuration. First UAE astronaut Hazzaa AlMansoori flew a patch with this design to the International Space Station in September 2019.

The first design above was updated and modified to become what is now the mission's official logo, as displayed on the UAE Space Agency's website and on the fairing for the H-IIA launch vehicle.

The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre has also introduced this design on its website and social media channels.
