Today we release our final space shuttle emblem, which commemorates the final transport of Atlantis from LC-39 to her new home at the Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex.   The only difference between the image above and the final product will be the coloring of the thread around the years of service. Instead of silver, it will be the same dark blue used in the sky, allowing the text to pop a bit more. The change is visible in the graphic. |

Nathan, just an observation, since she might not be moved till next year when the facility is ready at the visitor's complex, should the year be 2013 on the patch? Maybe the move will be earlier, you probably have a better idea than I. Great patch, either way I'll be ordering mine. |

Today I received my two sets of Space Shuttle commemorative patches from Max Q Entertainment, and they look terrific (I had ordered them a couple months back, but asked Nathan to wait until their revised Discovery commemorative was available and send them all at once.)They're really well done, slightly bigger than I'd anticipated...and I love the common design theme. They'll look great displayed with my "official" ferry patches. Terrific work by Nathan and the Max Q team. I highly recommend snapping up a set if you haven't already. |

Agreed. Received the last three of the set yesterday. BEAUTIFUL is all I can say. It's nice too that the set of 5 all carry the same design theme. Nice way of tying them all together. Great symbology on them too.Nice work Nathan! |
