The Bradford Exchange has announced a new series of lighted sculptures inspired by NASA space transport vehicles.

The models retail for $79.99 each and measure up to 4" W x 10-1/8" H x 4-3/8" D; 10.2 cm W x 25.7 cm H x 11.1 cm D.

Mankind's fantastic voyages into space began with a dream, one achieved with the wherewithal and determination to accomplish what was once thought impossible. From the development of the Saturn V super heavy-lift launch vehicle for the Project Apollo missions to the Moon, to the Space Shuttle program's ability to transport manned crews and heavy equipment into Earth's orbit, these historic endeavors redefined the realm of scientific and divine possibility.

Now, celebrate these enduring symbols of American pride with the NASA Legacy of Innovation Sculpture Collection, available only from The Bradford Exchange, Hawthorne Village Division. Your collection begins with Issue One, Saturn V, followed by Issue Two, Space Shuttle, and additional collectible rocket sculptures, each issue to arrive separately.

Each of the authentic fully dimensional sculptures in this collection is handcrafted and hand-painted to faithfully recreate the intricate details of the original NASA space transport vehicles. The rocket engine and boosters illuminate with LED lighting for a "fiery" liftoff.

Behind each sculpture, an acrylic backdrop features dramatic launchpad imagery and logos. On the reverse side, background information describes each space transport vehicle and their wide-ranging impact on our technological quest for the stars. The handsome base features full-color mission images, as well as the NASA logo emblazoned across the front side. You're sure to take pride in adding this innovative and illuminating collection to your space decor.
