In March 1978, Johnson Space Center prepared a report of the "major end items" from the Apollo, Skylab, ASTP and shuttle orbiter programs. It was an accounting of the use or disposition of the spacecraft and other large hardware under NASA's auspices at the time.

A copy of this document is today hosted by several websites, such as here, but they all share the same problem — they are missing pages 9 and 34. Does anyone have a complete copy they can share, or at least the two absent pages?
