I'm looking for photos/pictures of official NASA vehicles and how they were marked particularly on the doors (i.e. NASA vector emblems, etc).I'm in the process of restoring/building a few classic cars and I want to do something with my 1968 Dodge Coronet. So my idea was a simple white paint job but thought about adding the appropriate NASA markings as if the car was part of the NASA vehicle fleet down at the Kennedy Space Center or JSC. Any photographs in particular of NASA vehicles or NASA parking lots from the late 1960s/early 70s would lend a hand in my possible creation. Thanks to all who can help. |

These are the best I know of online: Those images are from the reissue of "The NASA Graphics Standards Manual," which, it would appear, you can preorder here.I don't know if those designs were actually used, but I thought I'd pass them (and the manual) along. Good luck! EDIT: On the ordering page for the manual, I realized they posted high res pictures from the original manual. As I said, I don't know enough to know if these were actually the designs used or if they would've been used in that era, but I thought it may help. |

Thanks but the Graphics Manual started in 1975/76 in preparation for the bicentennial, the shuttle. I'm looking for pre-Worm logo vehicle graphics, 1968-70s. | |
