Does anyone know if the Apollo 11 manifest specifically mentions the 450 Robbins medallions as part of its onboard items? If so, where can it be viewed.

Not quite a manifest, but it seems that they had to fill out and sign a Customs Declaration when they arrived at Honolulu.

The Robbins medals were flown inside the astronauts' personal preference kits (PPK). PPK manifests were considered private to the astronaut and as such not released to the public.

Armstrong's PPK manifest was reportedly among the documents donated to Purdue's archives. Aldrin and Collins (nor any other Apollo astronaut) has made their PPK lists public.

Only the astronaut whose list it was and late Deke Slayton received a copy of the PPK list.
