Can anyone tell me what the symbol on the top left corner of this chip is? I can see it's in the shape of Texas...

D'oh! Thanks, I should have know that..

Is there any way from the serial numbers (6821A & SN2473A) to tell anything more about a chip like this? I know what it's supposed to be but it'd be nice to confirm it.
