From Expedition 60 flight engineer Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency (ESA) on Twitter:
This medallion featuring the logo of the European Astronaut Centre flies to orbit with all ESA astronauts, an idea from Alexander Gerst. I took it with me – proudly – for the first time, since it was made after the [2013] Volare mission.

Parmitano's photo was the first I have seen of this medallion and a quick search did not turn up other mentions or photos. Maybe others here know of it and can share more.
