Gordon Cooper and Charles "Pete" Conrad set a new duration record of almost eight full days on the third crewed mission of the Gemini program. Gemini V (5) demonstrated the ability for humans to adapt to weightlessness over the approximate time needed to fly to the Moon and return, as well marked the first time an on-board fuel cell was used to generate electricity and water.

This page, removed post-flight from the Gemini V Reentry Checklist Manual, and notated as flown by Conrad, may have been referenced by the crew after ejection of the rendezvous evaluation pod (REP). The graphs track the change in speed (FPS) over the change in time (seconds) during thruster burns.
