Soyuz 18-1		   Date signed: Unknown
Comment: Together with Oleg Makarov, Lazarev endured as
much as 20 Gs when they aborted Soyuz 18 mid-
launch. His death at age 62 on Dec. 31, 1990 was
attributed to alchohol poisoning.
