Fabricated by ILC Space Systems, this Miscellaneous Hair Restraint Pouch Assembly was one of several flown aboard space shuttle Columbia's STS-40 mission to stow the hair restraints for the three women on the crew. A similar pouch design was employed for the crew members' hygiene kits.
