The bumph for this very interesting find, "Busy Day Ahead," is as follows;
Features Captain James Lovell, the President’s advisor on physical fitness, comparing the astronauts’ training program with the exercise program for the average American. Encourages and motivates the viewers to start a program of exercise and fitness.
