I always have NPR on most of the weekend, and was in the room when I heard Rick Hauck appear on stage during a segment of the radio show/podcast The Moth, where people submit a story to include in a future show.

An astronaut prepares for his next shuttle mission after the loss of the Challenger.
His segment is titled Reflections from Space, and he's the first well-known person (I won't dare say celebrity) I heard on this excellent 'audio memoir' show. If he sounds like an excellent conversationalist in person, I can imagine what an extended book-length memoir can be like, if he chooses to write one...

All times are CT (US)
