I have two signed Neil Armstrong lithos and they each feature a different NASA logo on the reverse side. Just when did NASA make this change?

1975 (or 1992). Symbols of NASA:
...in 1975 NASA decided to create a more "modern" logo. That logo, which consisted of the word "NASA" in a unique type style, was nicknamed the "worm." That logo was retired in 1992...
