So in the book "Yeager" by Chuck Yeager, inside the front cover is a blue paper page before the "title page".

Are all copies of the book with the blue paper page is there a printed signature of Chuck Yeager on that page?

Thanks!
Gene

I don't have that in my copy of the book. I don't have a blue page either.

I don't have that in either of my copies (hard and paperback) either.

Yes, that front end-piece is GRAY not blue... and looking at it more closely, it is signed, no doubt about it. It is NOT centered on the page (left to right) which makes me think it to be genuine... not inscribed to anyone. I lucked out again.

It is NOT ex-libris, and the dustjacket is a little soiled (rust colored dots on the top edge), but someone discarded it to my benefit. So I think I am still looking for a readers copy!

Thanks to all the replies!

Congrats Gene. Sounds like a good find for sure!

P.S. I have my copy of The Right Stuff signed by Yeager for sure as it was in person when he was in Cleveland shortly after the book came out but NOT my copy of Yeager yet.

All times are CT (US)
