Themes are ways to modify the Firefox web browser's appearance. There is a NASA-themed plugin available here.

This theme gives the browser a black appearance as it uses a night launch (STS-116) as it's backbone. The "loading" icon is the glow from the SSMEs, so when you're waiting for a page you see these firing. And if you Command Click (sorry, don't know the PC equivalent) for a new page you get a great photo of Discovery rising off the pad while you wait. This is an easy and fun way to make your browsing experience a bit more "space based". This is a free plugin.

All times are CT (US)
