Hello, I heard there is a video of the re-entry onboard views of STS-115. Does anyone have any information how to get a VHS tape or DVD of this?

Thanks,
Mike Z

The video to which you are referring was provided by a member of NASASpaceFlight.com to their L2 premium service. It is neither something officially released by NASA or available in any other form presently than a 355 megabyte download from the L2 section of NASASpaceFlight.com.

(A free, abbreviated version is available to those who register for their message boards.)

An article about the video and what it shows is available here: Riding onboard Atlantis during re-entry

Unless NASA decides for some reason to release it publicly, I think NASASpaceFlight.com will remain the only source.
