I've just seen "Return to Flight Fixing the Space Shuttle" on Discovery Channel.
Does anyone know if this is a once-off show or part of a series?

I think that originally ran in summer (June?) 2005 shortly before the launch of Discovery. Since it has been a year and they have not done any more, it looks like it's a one-of show.

Just saw the second episode "Return to Flight: Countdown to Comeback"
It followed the crew through the entire mission from launch to wheels-stopped. Including removal of the tile spacers.
Great show. Keep an eye out for it on Discovery in Europe.
