Actually, in France, a new DVD encyclopedia (in 30 volumes and 30 DVD)about Space Conquest is born. One volume and DVD each 15 days.
The 1st is about Apollo Programm with 3 NASA Films about Apollo 8 (Apollo 8 : Go for TLI. 22 min), Apollo 11 (Apollo 11 : 1969 - 1989. 29 min) and Apollo 17 (On the Shoulders of Giants).
Greats films.
Each volume contains 7 technicals color pictures pages about differents Space subjects (here about Apollo 1, Neil Armstrong, Chronology of Space conquest history, Space films as Apollo 13, etc...).
Included too a Poster in each volume : For the n°1, LEM Poster.
All in French but seems a good work. (even some little mistakes in names)
With multi-zones DVD players, no problems to see it (normally PAL and zone 2).
In France, we have always a fascicules popularization collection about all and anything. But sometimes, good collectibles items and fascicules (Space, Fighters planes, Circus, Tintin, etc...).
