Checking the newsstands, the following publications have either published cover stories or special issues dedicated to the loss of Columbia/STS-107:

TIME Magazine - "The Columbia Is Lost" (Cover)
February 10, 2003 - Vol. 161 No. 6

Newsweek - "Not Again" (Cover)
February 10, 2003 - Vol. CXLI, No. 6

PEOPLE Magazine - "Brave Hearts" (Cover)
February 17, 2003 - Vol. 59 No. 6

US News & World Report - "Fallen Stars" (Special Issue)
On Sale Through May 5, 2003

Aviation Week & Space Technology - "The Columbia Tragedy" (Cover)
February 10, 2003 - Vol. 158, No. 6

Space News International - "Aftermath" (Cover)
February 10, 2003

Columbia, February 1, 2003 (Special Commemorative)
"A portion of the proceeds from this commemorative edition will be donated to the astronauts' families"
(It is published by American Media, Inc., the same company that publishes The National Enquirer)

I encourage anyone who sees additional special issues to add the information to this thread.

Don't know if its available other than by subscription over there in the US but the monthly publication of the British Interplanetary Society "Spaceflight" (Vol45 No3) has the crew walkout on the cover and a preliminary page devoted to them.
The magazine had already officially gone to press before the catastrophy, so there will be a full analysis in the next issue.
