Which way did Jack Swigert sign his autographs? Jack or John?

All the ones I have seen have been signed "Jack" including my own one.

Yep, I'd agree with that. I believe even his autopens were 'Jack'.

I asked because the eBay autopen guide has a version for "John" so I was wondering if he signed as John as well.

I am by no means any kind of authority on autographs or autopens, but I have noticed that it seems like early on in their astronaut careers, the astronauts seemed to use more formal versions of their signatures. I'm guessing that the more that they were asked to sign items, the simpler their signatures became. This could account for the John L Swigert Jr autopen pattern.
