I was wondering two things:

Will the next shuttle mission be the last?

And let's say I have a crew picture and want to get the whole crew to sign it. Will NASA do this for me or I have to send the same picture to each astronaut individually?

Here's how things stand at the moment:

STS-133 is due to launch in December. But if it misses that window, the next attempt is late February.

STS-134 is scheduled to launch on February 27, 2011. If STS-133 moves to February then STS-134 moves to April.

STS-335 is the launch on need "Rescue Mission" for STS-134. If a rescue is necessary then it would launch in June, 2011. If a rescue is not needed then that crew and mission might become STS-135 and would still fly in June, 2011 IF the money is appropriated by Congress.

To answer your question, write to the STS-335 Crew and ask for their autographs. But there will not be a crew photo or patch unless they are actually needed to fly. Your best bet now would be to create a composite photo of the four crew members and send that in with your request.

Good Luck.
