Does anyone has had a recent success through the mail with Alan Poindexter? I want to write him from The Netherlands, but I am curious to find out what my chances are... |

Poindexter has retired from NASA a short while ago. I do not have any information yet about a reply from his new business address.

He wasn't that great of a signer while at NASA. Chances are he's not any better now that he's left NASA. |

I wrote to him in 2009 and he repied with an autographed photo. |

How good a signer was he, either TTM or in-person, between the time he left NASA and his death? |

I was able to get him at the Discovery unveiling at the Hazy Center, but he only signed 1 item for me(which of course I was happy with that), and I did not see him sign anything else for anyone, at least at that point, but maybe at another point that day... |
