Hello everyone, I spoke to my contact at the Astronaut Office yesterday and she told me that the hold on mail there was lifted last week. For anyone that has sent mail there it will go through now but she stated that there is a big back-up. Good luck to everyone in the future. Charles |

just received my photo request sent back during November today from JSC.Am disappointed because the request was the younger portrait of all of group 8 & 9 and some from 5,6,7 wearing business suits. What I received were the older last offical portraits of them. Anybody wanting them are welcome to have them at no cost. Leave message here or email me. First request of the same person is the first to receive. |

JSC is definately back to mailing again! I received a NASA envelope in the mail today with a great autographed and inscribed litho of Jim Voss in an EVA suit... spectacular!! This was another request that I had filed in the "Oh well..." catagory. It was mailed out August 9, 1999, and I had written it off. I'm guessing he had been busy training for his ISS 2 mission, possibly in Russia. He did sign an STS-102/ISS 1/ISS 2 crew litho that I received quite a while back. What a great way to start a Monday!!! Regards, Bill uzzi69 [This message has been edited by uzzi69 (edited February 04, 2002).] | |
