Surveillance video captured an orb-shaped object moving about inside the U.S. Space Walk of Fame Museum in Downtown Titusville, Florida at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 12.
"We can't explain it, nor can the fellas who put in the system for us," said Charlie Mars, president of the museum.
Mars says in both instances the lights and air conditioning were turned off, a reason he rules out that what the video shows is a glare or dust ball, like some staffers think it is.
"There are many items in here that were brought in by people who are no longer with us," said Mars. "They could be coming back to check on it."
...But for the staff at the museum, whether the orb-shaped object is a glare, dust ball, or perhaps the spirit of Neil Armstrong, it's something for them to talk about.

This looks like dust. There is enough sunlight coming in from that window that I am sure dust would be clearly visible. Is the building hermetically sealed? Air still moves around even without the AC on. There could be a draft or wind outside. Seems like they are reaching a little bit on this one.

Oh, come ON...
Just like all those insane reality shows where people walk around buildings with the lights off and the NG cameras on, stopping every few seconds and whispering, "Wait, do you feel that?"
Sucker born every minute, indeed.
bwhite1976 nailed it, the focus of the 'orb' would clearly support a dust particle near the lens. Anyone who's done any basic camera work would see that.

I think the Space Walk of Fame is well aware of that.
But just as the "ghost hunting" television shows draw an audience, the museum has tapped into this bit of unusual looking video to reach people who might otherwise not know about or consider coming by for a visit.
