Forty years ago, the Apollo 12 crew returned to the Kennedy Space Center, from where they were launched to the moon on November 14. In a ceremony inside the VAB they thanked KSC-personnel for a job well done. Left to right are Dick Gordon, Al Bean and Pete Conrad.

I don't think it is real flight hardware. Certainly not the stack on the left, I believe that was used with AS-500F. And Apollo 13 had been rolled to the launch pad two days before this photo was taken.
