NASA engineers (left to right) Texas Ward, Louis DeWolf and Harry Clancy pose with Apollo Command Module 007 aboard the NASA Motor Vessel Retriever after a 48-hour flotation test in the Gulf of Mexico on October 1-2, 1966. They practiced what astronauts would do in case the spacecraft could not be located immediately after splashdown. |

Yep, the guy in the middle is GI Joe. Just look at his kung-fu grip. |
