Does anyone have any information about a NASA employee named Mamie S. Hall? I found online (although it seems to be gone now) a January 1962 "Space News Roundup" newsletter from the Manned Spacecraft Center at Langley AFB here in Virginia which pictured her as working as a stenographer. Any mention of her in books or other sources would be greatly appreciated. And then I'm going to guess that this is something I should know already, but what office, group, or organization at NASA went by the initials "CA"? Thanks, Steve |

Steve,I looked in my 1966 MSC telephone directory for Mamie. She is listed in the Personnel Division. CA then was the organizational code for the Assistant Director for Flight Crew Operations who was Deke Slayton. Hope this is useful. Sy |
