Given that the page is titled "editors", I am fairly certain that these are simply pictures of Novosti's editorial staff. Their head shots were superimposed onto Sokol suits (notice that if you look carefully, there are three pairs of identically positioned suits).

Robert is 100% correct, but they all wish they were cosmonauts Another giveaway is that they are posed in an old style Sokol "Falcon" spacesuit retired in 1980.

It is noteworthy that Pavel Popovitch and Vladimir Kovalyonok (no photos on page)are on NK's editorial advisory board.
