Anybody know a website that lists each crew and its members that was on MIR and what dates they were there?

there is a really complete source about all manned spaceflights (including all MIR-missions) at:
http://www.spacefacts.de/index.htm

you can use there the english version.

in addition you will see also outstanding information from a privat russian source by Alexander Anikeevwich is linked on: http://www.ag-99.de/spacenet/history/history.html

but i guess there are much much more great websites about this

The website of RKK Energiya, the Russian space company (formerly Korolyov's construction bureau) has a very comprehensive chronology.

I don't have the website handy (am on vacation), but you can easily google their site ....
