Hi Guys,Can someone help me with some hi-res cosmonaut scans. I'm looking for Bykovsky and Tereshkova in their Soviet military uniforms circa 1961-1970. Any help would be appreciated. John |

John,I don't think you will find a picture of Tereshkova in uniform as I believe she was a civilian. I've seen photos of her from the 60s and she is in a suit or dress, even when she was with other cosmonauts in uniform. Steve |

Tereshkova and the other women cosmonaut candidates were drafted into the Air Force before their flight, and there are photos of Tereshkova in uniform, with lots of medals, etc.FF |

Well I'm still in need of some help guys. If nobody has hi-res pictures of them in their military uniforms, does anyone have any hi-res photos they could email me? I'm getting a bit desperate here. Holding out hope.John |

John,Now Bykovsky in military uniform is not a hard search: on all photographs I've seen, he either wears a uniform or a spacesuit. One wonders what he wears at night ..... For Tereshkova, the situation is different: most show her in a lady's dress or in spacesuit. I'll be e-mailing you a few I have on stock - downpoint (for you, not for me) is that 3 of the 4 are already autographed. Have fun! PS: Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps you should not give us a hotmail account if you want to receive high res files, or even several of them .... all my five mails with scans bounced back .....
